Fourways Mall has hosted many exciting events, exhibitions and promotions.
A French Fashion Affair
Fourways Mall recently hosted the annual fashion show from October 18 -21. This year we not only brought fashion, but also loads of entertainment, Broadway style.
The songs of one of France’s most beloved singers – Edith Piaf- were performed by Karen Hougaard. Andre Schwartz with his soulful tenor voice hit the low notes just like Charles Aznavour does. Moreover, what would a French Production be without paying tribute to one of the best French language composers of all time. Samantha Peo charmed the crowds with her production of Jacques Brel.
Clothes from various fashion houses inside the mall were exhibited by a number of models, so that the spectators could get a first hand look at the new French-flavoured fashion for this summer.
Various entertainment acts enthralled spectators including spectacular dancing in true cabaret style and also with a bit o military flair.
Nico Panagio was the host and MC for the show and had the spectators in stitches with his pseudo French accent, and French-inspired antics on the catwalk.
